Have same issue. the notice from Facebook states in order to maintain your current API access, your app will need to be submitted for review by August 1, 2018. If your app is not submitted for review, you will lose access to these permissions and features.

Are you sure they will only remove the permission and not block the entire app ID? It will still work?

I found the Insert Headers and Footers under plugins under wp-content.
under there is the ihaf.php file that is showing up in my error

I’m going to ask a silly question. How do I access this code to disable it? My site is on hostgator. Since I cannot access the dashboard with the site down I don’t know how to disable the plugins…
help appreciated.
