In reply to: [WooCommerce] The payment methods have disappeared! Thanks for getting back to me, @beautyofcode !
Yes, COD and Stripe works well, so then the maintainer of the above mentioned plugins need to add block support. I reverted back to using the old shortcode (
[woocommerce_checkout]
), so the payment gateways now work in version 8.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce] The payment methods have disappeared!I downgraded WooCommerce from version 8 to version 7.9, and the payment methods are once again available and working.
Can anyone help me understand what can be done to update a payment plugin to make it compatible with version 8? What change led to this? And, is there any documentation of what the payment gateway developers should do to have their plugin working with the latest WooCommerce?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] The payment methods have disappeared!UPDATE:
We have the following two payment gateways installed:
– PagueloFacil
– OpenNode
When I tried with Stripe or COD it worked. So, maybe a recent update in WooCommerce has led to the above two payment gateways having stopped working?- This reply was modified 1 year, 6 months ago by nipter.
Version 7.2.2 is now out!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] What Happened to Version 7.2.1?Version 7.2.2 is now out!
UPDATE:
I followed the above mentioned procedure, without re-activating WooCommerce. Then, the log-o-maniac stopped, and this site still works fine. Looking forward to version 7.2.2, where this should be fixed completely.@chrisplaneta – I followed your solution guide,
and luckily it worked well on my side as well. Thank you!and first it looked like it was working. However, thewpcc_actionscheduler_actions
andwpcc_actionscheduler_logs
tables, plus the.php.error.log
file started filling up again. It seems like I need to wait for 7.2.2.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce] What Happened to Version 7.2.1?@beaulebens – Thanks a lot for the update!
@chrisplaneta – Would you please be able to elaborate what is needed in point 4: “find and enable some “maintenance mode” plugin“. Is it a specific plugin you need to install? Or, do you have an example of such a plugin?
UPDATE: I believe I get you. You need a plugin that puts your site into maintenance mode, for when you restart every plugin.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] What Happened to Version 7.2.1?Note to all:
Wait with upgrading until 7.2.2. This to avoid the above mentioned bug!@wpniall – and there I see you have already answered this question. That is great to know. Thanks!
Thank you @chrisplaneta !
And thank you, @wpniall ! Will 7.2.2 clean up current failing jobs, so that @chrisplaneta fix won’t be necessary to do?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] What Happened to Version 7.2.1?Back to 7.2.1 again now. I hope they have fixed the hardcoded table prefix bug…

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WordPress database error after update to 7.2.1@titsmaker – I believe you are correct about your suggestion. I am running two Woo stores. For one store I am using
wp
as the table prefix, and all seems OK. With the other store I have set another prefix. That latter store is having massive issues now.
