Hey! I never actually directly contacted emailed their support because I figured it out before they got around to replying.
But I found a forum that said to install this plugin: SSL Insecure Content Fixer
And that worked. You access the plugin under settings, and there are different levels of ‘clean up’ that you can do. it didn’t fix it on the lowest risk clean up, so I did the ‘Capture’ clean up and that worked.
It made sense for me that that was the reason it was breaking because I think that my web host does something weird by redirecting the website to be secure (https versus http) and I think that’s what the SSL Insecure Content Fixer is cleaning up in the code??
I’m really not an expert though. But that’s what worked for me.
