  • Thank you both! Upgraded to WP 4 and customization worked. Will now try the latest release to see if it helps with the issue of “sticky header doesn’t work with fixed width header”… separate question.

    I upgraded to Customizr 3.2.3 because I want to have the “sticky menu option”. I have been using a child theme.
    I have not yet upgraded to WordPress 4.0.
    When I activataed the new Customizr, and then the child theme, the “Customize” screen is no longer providing any options in the dropdowns.
    I deleted the child theme (saving the files), and tried to use the main theme to customize, but same problem.
    So I would say that the problem is not WordPress 4.0, but something else. What do I have to go back to to fix this, and where do I get it?
