It seems that you are using the paid version of Duplicator. If you have an active license subscription with us, could you please submit a support ticket through the Duplicator account dashboard when you have a chance?

However, please know that in the lite version, you can absolutely import using the manual Classic Installation method.I hope this helps!

I’m sorry to hear about your trouble with the Duplicator Lite plugin.
Please check if your Duplicator Lite plugin has been updated to the latest version per the change log. The email summary feature was introduced with version 1.5.6.
Also, if you’d like to deactivate this feature, kindly navigate to Duplicator > Settings > under General tab > Scroll down to Email Summary and set the Frequency as Never as shown in this screenshot.I hope this helps! Please let me know how it goes.

It looks like there might be a conflict between the forms and the site theme or another plugin. To troubleshoot this, please try the steps described in our detailed guide on how to test for plugin/theme conflicts.
