    I’m not sure that I completely understand your question, but there are 23 people currently enrolled in the course that I’m trying to bulk enroll into the membership so that they would also have access to the 2nd course that comes in the membership.

    I added a form iD just for GP but I don’t think this would be the issue since some of the other tags are working.

    Ok…I’ve done what you asked. I’ve checked the log (pasted below…the bold section shows the period in question) and these orders don’t even appear on the log. Here is a link to the screenshot of the orders in WC that should have been tagged:

    The previous issue somehow resolved itself but for some reason one of our downloadable/virtual products are not adding people to AC nor adding the appropriate tag to them. Below is the information you’ve requested above:

    Add/Update Contact: checked
    Track Order Status: unchecked
    Debug Log: Is enabled

    The product we’re having problems with is The OMNI FIT Cookbook

    All other products (which are mostly subscription and virtual products) seem to be doing fine.

    I figured out that the setting “Hide for Admins?” was the problem. Once I had it to Show for Admins…I could see the page properly. Although I resolved myself…I still would have liked to see some support/tutorial on how to use the plugin vs. just how to grow your email list.

    I don’t have a premium account (still evaluating on the free account) so previously I was told by the owner, Chris Badgett, that any inquiries about our product, needed to come through this forum. In fact I’ve attempted in the past to go through every support channel your company has published (website contact form, wordpress forums, facebook, and another support section that seems to be just for the paying clients) but I keep getting bounced around to this place and that to submit a support ticket. Is there any location where I should submit support request that gets addressed without being told I’m submitting it in the wrong place? I understand that the paying clients will have priority but your organization does seem to commit to providing support to the rest of us eventually…is that not the case?

    I actually was using Super Sidebars from the LifterLMS Labs which is what I was referring to in my original post.

    I’ve added various code snippets to the functions.php file and I’ve added and enabled the LifterLMS Labs plugin to no avail.

    I understand that you have a lot on your plate, so I just wanted to make sure it wasn’t something I was doing incorrectly because I had the Super Sidebars plugin installed and the additional snippets from the documentation and a support thread so I wanted to make sure it wasn’t conflicting (given what I provided in the code above).

    Thanks…that takes care of my question. I understand and the Student Dashboard looks good from the front end now. I’m curious, is it intended that the page is not able to be designed. I noticed that the page in the demo site has the login and registration form positioned side by side, and I’d like that as well but when I try to edit the page, I get the second screenshot attached above. Any feedback on that?

    I don’t know why the thumbnails aren’t showing above, but if you right click and open in a new tab, the images should show fine.
