    Hi there @strackerphil-1,
    I’m afraid this is still happening! It seemed to work for a while, and now has stopped working again.
    The weirdest thing is that I have 2 near identical sites, with identical configuration and now one of these IS working and the other one isn’t. Would it be possible to look into this for me, please? This is the configuration of all my sites. I really need to get to the bottom of this!

    Slide it – POPUP FORM WORKS
    https://slideit.uk/
    WP version 5.7.2
    Divi version 4.9.2
    Popups version 3.0.1

    Bifold it – POPUP FORM DOESN’T WORK (but exact same configuration as above)
    https://bifoldit.uk
    WP version 5.7.2
    Divi version 4.9.2
    Popups version 3.0.1

    Datasnapp – POPUP FORM WORKS (old versions)
    https://datasnapp.com
    WP version 5.7.2
    Divi version 4.9.4
    Popups version 2.3.6

    3DayDoors – POPUP FORM DOESN’T WORK (everything updated)
    WP version 5.7.2
    Divi version 4.9.7
    Popups version 3.0.3

    Work from home – POP UP FORM DOESN’T WORK (everything updated)
    WP version 5.7.2
    Divi version 4.9.7
    Popups version 3.0.3`

    Can’t help, but I’m having the same issue. This happened a few weeks ago and the author assured me it had been fixed, but it is now happening again.
    I’ve had to roll back to an earlier version of Divi and an earlier version of popups for it to work. VERY frustrating! As otherwise a great plugin, but I think I’m going to have to give up on it now …

    I have had to revert to last version of Divi and last version of Popups to get my site working properly again … nightmare!

    I’ve reverted to the last version of Divi and the last version of Popups for Divi as it was working fine yesterday … but it’s still doing it. Strangely, it works on mobile though? I haven’t changed any other settings other than updating Divi & Popups for Divi today.

    EDIT: I’ve just duplicated my page and taken the forms out of the popup and they are working fine, so definitely a problem with the popup. Please help!!! Client is running Adwords campaign and is possibly losing out on multiple potential clients!

    Hi Gabriel,
    Thank you so much for your reply ?? Yes, I have also reached out to the plugin authors, too, however since the bdi tag is actually a WooCommerce area, as is the short description, I wondered if there was any advice you could give on this.
    Since the bdi is a span, I guess I would need to convert it to a string to get the Javascript to work? I’m not really sure what is the best approach :-/
    Best wishes

    Sorry, I have just realised that somehow I’d set this module to hidden – oops! Leaving this up as it might help someone with the same issue.
    Would be good to have an answer to the “required field” text though!
    At the moment I’ve hidden it, but this probably isn’t the best way as any error messages will still need to be read.
    Many thanks

    Hi again,
    OK, that’s fair enough, thank you. But could you possible just let me know how to phrase it so I can pass the values of the form in the URL? Then I can figure out myself how to get them into the other form. As I mentioned, this hasn’t worked in the onClick event of the CFF button:
    parent.location.href=”https://3daydoors.co.uk/contact-form-unglazed/?var1=@fieldname3_value@&var2=@fieldname5_value@&et_pb_contact_width_0=@fieldname6_value@”
    Thanks again

    Hi, thank you so much for your reply! I haven’t had much luck getting this to work. Just to clarify, the second form I am using is not a CFF form …. does this make a difference? I thought perhaps I could send the values as a parameter from “page1 CFF” to “page2 other form”. I added a button to my CFF and added the following to the onClick event:
    parent.location.href=”https://3daydoors.co.uk/contact-form-unglazed/?var1=@fieldname3_value@&var2=@fieldname5_value@&et_pb_contact_width_0=@fieldname6_value@”

    But this doesn’t actually send the values.

    I then tried creating a new page with both forms on the same page, using your shortcode in the article, and this hasn’t worked either (and the shortcode is still displaying on the page, rather than being a hidden field)

    I’d really appreciate any help you could give,
    many thanks

    Hi!
    Thank you so much for your response.
    No, it’s still doing it at completely random intervals :-/
    It’s doing it right now (see the scroll bar along the bottom, and the stretched slider in the screenshot below)
    https://avsglass.co.uk/Screenshot.png
    I’ve looked at it both logged in and logged out of WordPress and in different browsers …
    If you have any ideas, I’d be most grateful!

    OK, thank you, I have no idea what that was all about!

    While I have you there, would it be a pain to ask you something else??

    I’d like to replace the header image on the homepage with a slider … is there an easy workaround for this?

    Also, I’d like to display different images (without the text, or with different text) on the other pages. The plugin I tried yesterday allows me to change the header image on different pages, but the same text as the homepage is still overlaying it.

    You’ve been more than helpful already, so feel free to tell me to stick it, since this is a free theme ?? I will definitely rate it very highly!

    Thanks again!

    I’ve just updated to WordPress 4.5.3 and now it seems to be working again … argh!!

    Hi again,
    I’m so sorry to come back to you on this!! When I logged off for the day yesterday it was all working as expected … and when I logged on again this morning, the menu had completely disappeared! I removed the custom css and the menu reappeared, however now it seems to go down behind the header image on scroll. I have no idea what happened, I don’t think I changed anything else – I did install a custom header plugin as I wanted to be able to have a different custom header on each page, but I’ve deactivated the plugin and it’s still not working properly. I’ve re-uploaded the original theme css and header.php as I did fiddle around a bit in those files, but other than that I have no idea what could be causing this!
    I’m so sorry, but could I ask you for some more help on this?!
    My site is: https://avsglass.co.uk/
    Many thanks

    Oh my goodness, it didn’t work when I tried it earlier, but I’ve just tried it again now and it works perfectly! Not sure what went wrong first time! Thank you so much for all your help ??

    Hi vladff,

    Thank you so much for your response! However it doesn’t work :-\
    I tried moving the header image up, and then making the site-header the same transparency as the scrolling header, but that doesn’t work either … I did this:

    .site-header {
    	width: 100%;
    	position: relative;
    	z-index: 11;
    	background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.8);
    	border-bottom: 1px solid #f3f2f2;
    }

    .header-clone {
    	display: none;
    	background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.8);
    }

    And then in header.php I did this:

    <?php do_action('tora_header_bar'); ?>
    <div style="margin-top: -150px;">
    	<?php do_action('tora_header_image'); ?>

    </div>

    This moves the image up fine, but it cuts the top half off, rather than making it show through the transparent menu! I’ve tried changing the z-index, but that’s not working either (or I’m using the wrong numbers). It’s very frustrating, as everything I think should work, doesn’t!

    Do you (or anyone else) have any other ideas?

    Many thanks

    Nikki
