i know but know even if i make the order complete not appear scheduled reminders… i will wait for new orders placed without necessity of consent to see if reminders appear after order change status!!!

my settings is plesk server nginx proxy+apache +clouflare apo + wp and woocommerce i try the plugin wp rocket country cache to make different cache for europe visitors and non european but apo cloudflare not manage the cookies to make it works.. so before buy your for uk vat settings and threshold 135￡ i’m asking you if your plugin in some way could act as the one i tried.. e.g. not works in this configuration the plugin for currency converter or switcher due using cookie under apo clouflare not work different cached pages…

CONFIRMED I empty only that table and the woo 7.9 goes without problems… Please is there a way to not make a pre-check on that table as in rev 7.3 ? i need a solution thanks

i make a try: cancelled the woocommerce_shipping_zone_locations because i inserted all the zones for remote areas the table is 99,137 so insane… probably on rev 7.3 not make a check of this table but by the 7.4 something changed i think this is the problem… cancelled and the 7.9 goes smooth.. BUT I NEED ALL THAT ZONES

in staging i did this: backup DB, then delete all woo tables and reinstall woo 7.9 latest now is go fast… the problem was in the tables.. but i not know the right way to do this and mantain theorders also because i have plugins for configura products and hope loose somethings

i read but nothing helps me… can you find a solution or suggestion? try to reinstall from scratch and import all orders could be an idea? i think not so simple

hi to everyone i’m very interested in this thread i have the same problem… but using another cache plugin (before i used litespeed) if i use the woocommerce geolocalization it will generate one cookie for each visitor so the website will be not cached or better cached for each cookie that is useless (my site not cached is very slow) i ask you if exist a way to use geolocalization to make all visitors from Europe to have only one site cached (and not many for each geo-cookie), and the others (etra EU) another site cached… so all visitors see a fast cached site depending on EU or not EU location….

NOW on stage site the manual reminders seems work… but not reminders were listed… only the envelope on order status page… i suppose now will work also on live site due i deactivated the indipendently verified by cusrev and also the button for customer’s consent (i will add in my terms and privaci policy this )

If i change the unverified disappear the mandatory consent as i always did…. but in the account page where is the possibility for customer who denied consent to change idea and give the conset for receiving the reminders? due i can contact personally customers to change their mind if they want thanks

on staging i try your suggestion, refunded pending payment then processing again and the REMINDER is not listed.. i changed before the CR cron to WP cron but seems remain in the order the CR cron i not know why

i try now to make it completed and send the reminder manually to see if it works

it said me reminder sent but i not received Reminder in my email… nothing seems work!!!!

on the live site i see many customers not tick the consent to be sent the review reminders ? in the past all was automatically added… from when did you change ? and now only mandatory (by when i not focused) from which version of the plugin? i see from 26 of june 2023 stopped to added reminders and all previous deleted poissible?

i see how to manage not automatic but manual sending i have some customers that provide the consent to sent reminders BUT before 26 june i try to send and i not know if be consigned!?

i changed now CR cron to WP cron on staging site to see if something changed and able to send manually reminders

18.210.171.51 i put this on cloudflare ip not blocked.. perhaps this is the problem ? could be? what the ip of cusrev servers? thanks
