Nik from 10WebHi there,
Thank you for reaching out, and I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues with our plugin.
CORS errors are generally expected behaviour, as Booster attempts to load scripts via a worker in the background to reduce load times. In cases where the CORS configuration blocks the worker, the resources are still loaded, but a CORS error is logged in the console.
Typically, this shouldn’t cause any UI or scripting issues, but you mentioned you’re facing JS problems on the front-end. In such case, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:
- You can locate the conflicting JS files / scripts and exclude them from 10Web Booster using this guide.?
- You can exclude the plugin responsible for the section. For example, if the gallery of the website is not loading, excluding the gallery plugin should solve the issue. Please, check the Fixing issues with plugins/themes/services section of this guide.?
- You can simply disable the JavaScript Delay option from the Website Booster > Settings section. You can find more information about the Settings of 10Web Booster in this guide.?
?
Before checking the results, please, make sure to clear the website cache from the Settings section and from Cloudflare CDN section if you have it enabled.
Please keep us posted,
Cheers,
Nik from 10Web.io
Hi @heatncool,
I am distraught out of measure by your disillusionment in our plugin, and I want to do everything I can to make things right.
We’ve taken a look at your site’s source code, and it appears that the mobile menu’s CSS isn’t being aggregated properly by our plugin. Could you please follow these steps to fix the issue?
- Log in to your my.10web.io dashboard.
- Go to Settings.
- Disable CSS Aggregation and CSS Minification.
- Clear the plugin cache.
- Re-check your site in an incognito tab.
Please let us know if this resolves the issue or if you need further assistance.
Best regards,
Nik from 10WebHi @x9design ,

- You can exclude the plugin responsible for the section. For example, if the gallery of the website is not loading, excluding the gallery plugin should solve the issue. Please, check the Fixing issues with plugins/themes/services section of this guide.?
- You can simply disable the JavaScript Delay option from the Website Booster > Settings section. You can find more information about the Settings of 10Web Booster in this guide.?

Nik from 10WebDear @mfazeel143 ,
?Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The delayed JS functionality you are experiencing is designed for speed optimization. It ensures that JS execution is triggered only on user scroll/tap, resulting in faster loading times. The element-rendering scripts won’t execute until prompted by actions from page visitors, so you need to tap/scroll first to get page elements.
While you can disable this delay, please note that it is critical for better website performance scores. We would recommend leaving it in place, as users tend to start interacting with websites right away.
To disable it please go to your my.10web.io dashboard, access Speed Booster settings and untick the “JS Delay” option on the dashboard. Please let me know how it goes,
Thank you for choosing our services, and we remain at your disposal for any further inquiries.
Hi @brayamb ,
Thank you for reaching out and reporting the plugin issue.
We couldn’t reproduce the problem. Here is a screenshot of the mobile page from our end, which looks the same as the version without our plugin active. You can test this by adding https://aktrend.com.br/?two_nooptimize=1 to the page URL.
Do you still experience the issue on your end after the latest Speed Booster update?
Best regards,
Nik, Customer Care Team at 10Web.ioHello @rwitmer81,
I apologise for the delayed response.
I see that the plugin has already been disabled. Could you please download the latest version, released several days ago, and check if the font issue persists on your page? This update includes functionality improvements and fixes for multiple reported bugs, which might resolve your issue.
Please keep me posted.
Best regards,

Hello @isupportshotmailcom
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
While you can disable this delay from your my.10web.io dashboard Speed Booster > Settings > JS delay, please note that it is critical for better website performance scores. We would recommend leaving it in place, as users tend to start interacting with websites right away.
Therefore, there are two options available:
- Leaving the delay in place, which means that sliders will require first interaction to load, resulting in a better final speed score.
- Disabling the delay, which will allow sliders to start loading right away, but the speed score will likely be worse.
Thank you for choosing our services, and we remain at your disposal for any further inquiries.

NikHello @garethjohnvaughan ! Thanks for reaching out,
Yes, as correctly pointed out by @detoris, the setting to display the image title by default can be accessed from the global settings of the plugin. Please see this screenshot for your reference https://nimb.ws/ilC85mA
Take care
Hello David, apologies for the delayed response,
I am afraid there is no image attached to your last message. Nevertheless, I can suggest some explanations for the issues you have reported:
- You seem to have another layer of caching which is not our plugin’s page cache X-Qc-Cache: (appears to com from Quic Cloud CDN.) https://gyazo.com/36f40b21310f5555754ddb5a948efea1 – could you please check if it is configured to automatically flush upon page updates to ensure changes are reflected immediately upon publishing?
- Speed Booster’s optimization is disabled for logged-in users by default, hence the issue with blurred featured images in WP Admin cannot come from our plugin,
Please let me know if you have any further questions
Hello @tictubso
Please, make sure to follow the mentioned rules while checking the speed of your website.
- Don’t check the website speed with different tools or on different browsers simultaneously.
- Don’t check the speed while being logged into WP Dashboard.
- Don’t reload the page while checking the speed.
All of these actions affect the final score adversely,?
Could you please re-check the scores with these rules in mind and directly from PageSpeed Insights page ,
Let me know of your findings =)
