This occurs when I fill in the details and proceed. I have made sure the details are correct.

No the variable product won’t do. Its for creating combinations.

I was able to achieve this using gravity forms and gravity form addons for woocommerce.

I added multiple product items in gravity forms and then added the form in the woocommerce product.

It was easier than anticipated.

I just found out that woocommerce is unable to create or utilize sessions. I have also verified that tmp/ directory is configured correctly and woocommerce status reports all green.

I wonder if headers are being sent preventing display of cart. !!

Well I have no idea about that, and mostly this domain is for my internal use, so I don’t have much to worry about.
