The issue is resolved, but my newsletter is being posted in promotion tab in Gmail. Is there any way that the newsletter is sent and delivered in primary tab?

No I am talking about testing SMTP delivery, in which the mail gets delivered. In diagnostic section too, the test mail gets delivered.

While save and test doesn’t work, it shows that the mail has been sent but still there is no delivery of any such mail.

If email was blocked then I should not receive test mail even. I am using Hostgator and activated the SMTP and did the test mail, which was successfully delivered. But when I send drafted Newsletter to test mail it shows the mail was successfully sent and but still waiting for delivery.

Thanks for such a fast reply. As told I have migrated to Popup Maker. I have pasted the Contact Form 7 shortcode in the Popup Maker. But on clicking, there is no form generation, but I see CF7 shortcode.
