– I do have the latest version 3.3.1

– I have set up the Cron job,… but thank you for the information as I needed to change some variables.

If I delete a ‘report’ that is “in queue”, does that delete the job? (Better UI clarity around this would be helpful.)

I’d also like to suggest the admin email does not get sent out unless the cron job has been done. It’s quite confusing.

One other situation… the email to the admin account says,
“For more information, Login to your Dashboard and go to Sent Mails menu in Email Subscribers.”

Where’s “Sent Mails”? I don’t have that.

I attempted to uninstall/reinstall to start fresh, and now I see it’s not available.

We purchased the theme, though the employee that bought it (on behalf of the company) is no longer with us. We attempted to combine the purchase with our account and were told it can’t be done. (Should we add that to the list of problems as well?)

The problem is that the information is provided until it’s too late (hence being misleading), and not at all (in the case of this forum).

Are you employed at Wordfence? Perhaps you need to have a fresh set of eyes go through the process.

I have the same question (cause by adding SSL to the domain).

I don’t see where the newsletters are saved either. I’m guessing the folder is ../wysija-**…, but can’t find where the newsletters are stored.
