Can you share your url ? May be some other plugin/Js conflicting ?

May be your database is not have utf 8 format and collact also must be utf8 format

There is javascript error of other plugin or theme that cause javascript bellow page stoped.

May be it has conflict with other plugin.Not reported by any other users.You can try reinstalling plugin.

Goto slider settings and set link image checkbox to checked.

It must be problem with your database other wise it shoud work and many of clients using it..
