Thank you for contacting us! I checked your site and there seems to be a conflict with your theme or one of your plugins which is preventing the Smashballoon plugin from loading images consistently.?To fix this problem, please try the following:
Navigate to your WordPress Dashboard > Instagram Feed > Settings > Advanced tab > Enable the options AJAX theme loading fix,Enqueue JavaScript in head and JavaScript Image Loading then, save the changes. After that, clear the plugin cache by navigating to the Feeds tab > click the Clear All Caches button.
If this doesn’t work, I’d recommend checking your optimization settings. If you cannot find what is causing the issue, you can momentarily disable all the plugins and switch to a default WordPress theme on your page to see what is causing the problem.
?
?I recommend using a plugin like Health Check & Troubleshooting. This will only apply the changes for you (the admin session) without impacting the rest of your visitors. It can help you troubleshoot and find the potential root cause as it allows you to re-enable plugins one by one.
?
?I hope this helps! Could you please let me know if you have any questions?Thanks! ??
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I just wanted to let you know that I’m working on this.
I am checking with my colleagues to get more details on this.?I’ll get back to you as soon as I have an update; thank you in advance for your patience.?If you have any additional thoughts or questions in the meantime, please let me know.?

In reply to: [Smash Balloon Social Photo Feed – Easy Social Feeds Plugin] annoying bannerhi @3xploiton3
Thank you for contacting us for help with the promotional banner repeatedly returning after being dismissed. This is not typical plugin behavior and might be due to heavy caching on your website. After dismissing the banner, please go to your WordPress Dashboard > Instagram Feed > Settings > Feeds and click “Clear All Caches” and the banner should stay dismissed.
If the above doesn’t work, You can add the following custom CSS to your website to hide the banner:
.sbi_discount_notice{
display: none;
}
You can add the CSS to your website by navigating to your?WordPress Dashboard > Instagram Feed > Settings > Feeds Tab > Custom CSS >?copy and paste the snippet.?Finally, click on the Save Changes button to complete the process. After that, the banner should stay dismissed.I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks ??Hi @shelleygiese,
Thank you for contacting us! The sb-instagram-feed-images folder is used to store cached Instagram Feed Images when you have enabled the “Optimize Images” setting. You can delete all images in the folder by going to Instagram Feed > Settings > Advanced > and click “Reset” on the “Optimize Images” Section.
You can also turn off the Optimize Images setting to load images directly from Instagram instead of from your website by turning off the “Optimize Images” setting and then clicking “Save Changes” on the settings page. After turning off the setting new images will not be added to the folder.
I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks! ??

Thank you for contacting us! The error message can be due to missing permissions on your Instagram account. This can also be due to the Source ID not matching the authenticated source for the Access Token. A potential cause would be settings changes on Instagram/Facebook. Potential Causes:
- Changing the admin users of the related Facebook page
- Changing the password for the Instagram or Facebook account
- Changing your privacy settings for either Instagram or Facebook
- Changing settings related to App permissions for either Instagram or Facebook
To fix it, please reconnect the Source by following?this FAQ.
Note: If the error message is still displayed after doing this then try clearing the error log in the following location: Instagram Feed > Settings > Advanced > “Reset Error Log” button.

Hi @eufrasio
You can only create a Twitter feed for one account per website. The ability to create feeds for multiple accounts is available in the PRO version of our plugin. You can check out the list of features in the PRO version here:?Twitter Feed Features (smashballoon.com).
It’s worth mentioning that due to recent changes on the Twitter side, there are some limitations to consider, you can find more details here:?Smash Balloon Twitter Changes (Free Version) – Smash BalloonI hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any questions.
