The site is discoveringdowsing.com, but the site itself doesn’t reload, only in the admin when editing a page or post

Chrome latest version. Cleared cache and cookies. Turned off all extensions and add-ons that I could find. All that happens is that the reload happens more quickly. Forgot to add that, after editing in Enfold, when I save it asks me if I really want to leave the page (????).

The same thing happens in Firefox as well.

The problem is that I can’t make it happen and I can’t figure out why it’s happening.
The Blank page problem appeared once and only once in the staging area when I had all the plugins working. Then I removed them all and slowly added them back in, using an incognito browser. I couldn’t make it appear again. That’s what’s got me stumped. It doesn’t appear to be something which happens in any predictable fashion or in any repeatable way.
As I said, I tried doing everything I could think of to get it to happen: incognito browser, VPN, different browsers…. and the only time it did it was the very first time I tested it in the staging area.
If I can’t reproduce it, I can’t fix it.
All I know is that it doesn’t happen to everyone who visits and that’s about as far as I can get.
So, yes it’s still a problem, but an erratic and occasional one which, so far, is not reproducible.

Well, I’m stumped. I’ve cleared caches but it happened again and then I set up a staging area. In there, I tested it and the blank page with the -1 showed up. Switched off the plugins and retested and it never came back.
I even tried using a VPN and could not recreate the issue.
I have no clue what to try next, but thanks for helping.
I’m writing this because the info might be useful for others having the same issue.

I can’t reproduce it myself and the client hasn’t said /doesn’t know. From what she said, however, and the steps she told she had followed it would appear that it has redirected to paypal. She did mention that in the top left corner of the page a small -1 appeared.
I am sorry I can’t be more specific.

I have the server error logs available. Is that what you require? I’m hosted on Wpengine.

I have version 1.3.3 and it still reports the issues noted at the start of this thread. So, it would seem it is still not compatible???

Updated to latest version but still having this issue. Anyone else having the same problem and/or found a fix?

Actually, jmdphoto, if you go to this enfold support page, you’ll see that there is a way to apply conditional logic to the menu there….
