You can make your post title looking like this:
<a href="https://url-to-site-you-want-fwd-viewer-to">Cool video</a> but you need to be prepared for reactions of not really happy users who after clicking on post title were sent somewhere outside your site ;).
I guess it’s better to write the tilte as usually and within post content write: Click on <a href="https://url-to-site-you-want-fwd-viewer-to">this link</a> to watch some cool video.

Check it out in Admin Panel (not sidebar) -> Write Page; on right side there is a box Page Templates

Just add <?php comments_template(); ?> right above <?php endwhile; ?> in page.php.

Check out if functions of sidebar which don’t show up in single post view (links, calender etc.) are defined by if is_home

Tip: theme used there is called MistyLook. Get files of this theme and check out in style.css font style and size.
