Usually wordpress 2.8 themes work perfectly. WordPress 7.2 and lower are tricky since there was change in the structure as of 2.8.

It doesn’t exist as far as I know.

Download them using an SVN client, then upload them with your FTP and use it.

Seeing as this isn’t a database issue it should do the trick.

You should consider adding your free themes to the official wordpress directory! (click me)

I suggest that you restore the backup you created before upgrading. (Remember when wordpress recommended to make a backup?)

There should be no difference if you have everything the same. If you have another wordpress theme or other plugins for example, yes then it will be different.

How do you direct to your website? vhost apache or nginx or something else?

I suggest that you create the table by yourself without any information. Then run the repair tool and let the repair tool fill in the table if you understand what I mean.

Could you give us a list of the php files it shouts at you? (I suggest posting it on pastebin.)

I can’t see any problems in your wp-config file, is the database located on the same server as your blog / wordpress ?
