Yes, it deactivated after the upgrade. Currently on ver 4.2.1 just on one of my sites…. not both

Is there a way that a logfile can track why this is happening, as this is not happening on a daily basis

I wanted to test the location based warehouse.I just installed the pluging and getting error :Fatal error: Uncaught GeoIp2\Exception\AddressNotFoundException: The address ::1 is not in the database.
