In reply to: [Polylang] PHP fatal error after installing Polylang pluginHello,
I had the exact same symptom with some theme I bought. What happened is that when I added a second language after installing Polylang I would get the fatal error.
The error happened because the static front page provided by the theme had no translation yet.
To solve this I switched to another theme, added a translation to the front page, and then reverted to the theme I wanted to use.
Let me know if you want more details.

In reply to: [WP Super Cache] Fatal error on 1.5.0Sure. This is what I did :
- log into hosting (FTP or SSH)
- go to wp-content/plugins
- rename wp-super-cache folder to wp-super-cache.old
- log into WP Admin
- (you should then receive a warning that plugin WP Super Cache could not be found and has been deactivated)
- just go to Plugins > Add new in the sidebar
- search for WP Super Cache and install it again from the repository
- that’s it !
Please note that I only renamed the wp-super-cache folder because I knew for sure from analyzing log files that that’s where the problem came from. Otherwise you can rename the whole plugins folder.

In reply to: [Perfect Images] Update plugin problem!Same problem here, but with WP 4.6.1.
I deleted the plugin and reinstalled it, but it could not be activated. I then replaced meow_admin.php from the above link, still could not be activated :
Fatal error: Can't use function return value in write context in /home/scintell/scintellefr_prod/wp-content/plugins/wp-retina-2x/common/meow_admin.php on line 119
