Thanks for the message. I updated the plugin and tried, but unfortunately there’s still an issue.

While it is now possible to add videos that are hosted on my hosting provider, it is still not possible make a video web-story with a video hosted on jetpack/videopress.

Problem: google web stories plug in does not even see the videos that are hosted on jetpack/videopress. They don’t show up in the plugin’s video browser. The video still appears as a thumbnail/image in the image browser.

Filetype: VIDEO/VIDEOPRESS with Url: https://videos.files.wordpress.com/9tJmKbv7/ricotta-vegan_mp4_hd.mp4 does not show up in the video browser.

I’m opening a new support topic ??

Hi Luckyna,

I am having exactly the same problem as described in this thread.

I use jetpack to host my video files, and when I want to create a video web story, I get “no media found” on the left side window of the google webstories plugin.

I also get a picture instead of the video.

Any tips appreciated.
