In your php code, do you use following code:
wp_page_menu()

I think this could be the reason (but it’s just a guess). Comment out that code and try again.

Did you just copy the whole thing from the dev-server to the live-server? Before moving WordPress, read this.

If it’s a local WordPress installation, put your generated Artisteer theme in the wp-content/themes folder.

If your site runs on a server (web host), then you’ll have to upload your theme through ftp (filezilla for example) in that wp-content/themes folder on the server.

Do you have a Google Analytics account and did you add your site to GA?

I had a similar problem. Can’t you just enter your analytics “code” in stead of use “click to authenticate”?

Is there a file “wp-settings.php”?
If not, copy wp-config-sample.php and rename it to wp-config.php.

If this is not enough, then it’s possible that you have to change the file permissions. You can more information about file permissions here.
