Correct it was firewall problem due to the hosting. Solved by asking the hosting provider to open the firewall for stripe

I tried to deactivate plugins and theme, but nothing change. If you tell me to contact support this is not possible because i have a free account. So how could we solve this issue?

I actually enable the mailchimp in the firewall and it made the plugin in successfully connect with the API from mailchimp. So currently the store is connected but HOWEVER, the products and orders are not beeing sync, why? (i have only 80 orders and 60 products).
