step 1 section 3, is not saving data!

we checked generate with complianz for the 3 types of documents. the problem is the following step where we need to input the company details. its not saving anything eventhough all fields are filled. when we go back to this step after saving all information disappeared. Im sure this is what creates problems

none of the buttons work (previous save and next are all deactivated and produce no effect when clicking on them
