Hi, not entirely – I lost about a months worth of data, and all my auto backups via host also didn’t have the data in them even though the site was working fine (with missing data up until updates June 12).

The tables missing from the main database were:
    wp_woocommerce_order_items
    wp_woocommerce_order_itemmeta
    wp_woocommerce_api_keys
    wp_woocommerce_tax_rates
    wp_woocommerce_tax_rate_locations
    wp_woocommerce_shipping_zones
    wp_woocommerce_shipping_zone_locations
    wp_woocommerce_shipping_zone_methods

A second database was active – that did have these tables but only data up to May 17th. We can’t figure out why/how and why it stopped being used. Or why the host database backups didn’t have the missing data or my own manual database backups. so I replicated all the settings I could (shipping, tax etc) from the second db.

Basically all my orders prior to June 12 have no product line data (wp_woocommerce_order_items) – so 4 years of orders – so I can’t use this for reporting or forecasting. This table is in the second database but only data up to May 17 – so I have this attached to a staging site for now while I am accessing the reporting.

Annoying but I don’t fancy trying to fix it (developers were all stumped too) in case something else goes wrong.

    Thanks!

I’ve found via phyMyAdmin on cPanel that My site appears to have 2 main databases
The second one appears to have the missing data not showing on my website.
So how do I get the website to look at both databases? Why would a second one have been created? And why has it stopped looking at it?

Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
    Thank you.

I’ve reactivated and tested. All seems ok, but time will tell.

They replied to my email reporting it:

    Thanks for reporting it.
We have rolled back to 2.2.1 (previous version). We have already identified the issue and are working on to resolve the issue and we will roll out an update soon.

    **fingers crossed.

I’ve managed to rollback to v2.2.0 of Enhanced E-commerce for Woocommerce but scared to reactivate! Has anyone reactivated it yet after rolling back? Keen to know how you got on.

Same I couldn’t rollback to 2.2.1 either, so have deactivated and testing seems OK. Make sure to test on a device you are not logged into as I thought I’d fixed issue earlier then a customer order came in and crushed that idea!
But deactivating and testing seem good for now!

My marketing team are going to be pissed when they lose that data though!

Yes i think that was one I updated too – enhanced e-commerce for Woocommerce store?

ME too! Super frustrating on busiest weekend of the year. I can’t narrow it down to anything but Woocommerce… can’t turn off while shoppers online and LOTS of money spent on advertising.

I am having the same issue. The fields for stripe payment don’t show so there is nowhere for customer to input the credit card as normal at checkout. I’ve had to turn it off and only use Paypal as intuitively people click submit order (with Stripe option checkbox) and it automatically fails payment. Last Stripe order last night 8.39pm (NZST)

I tried turning off the dynamic pricing plugin (referred to above) but no difference.
Stripe is currently turned off as too many failed orders. I also deleted and reinstalled Stripe plugin.

Everything is updated. Earlier yesterday and at least 6-8 hours before issues started.

ALSO having general Woocommerce cart issues – not sure if they are related? You can’t add or subtract quantities in the cart, or update the cart if you manually type in quantity numbers.

Any advice would be amazing! Thank you.

    Hi,
We have tried changing the theme to Twenty Seventeen and although the menu drop downs reappeared the image problems did not sort themselves out, in fact you can’t click on product images (incl thumbnails) at all to zoom or to go through gallery.

    Cache was cleared etc.

We are working with our theme support as well on this.

    Thanks, Nicky

Yes, tried that with no joy.
    When reactivated …
For cache buster, use – Cache folder’s last modified time = 1495249295

Ok they have reappeared after a number of hours. But why did they go down in the first place? Other people with WordPress sites that updated today on same host didn’t have the problem I had?
    Confused!
