Hi Ethan,

I have 3 forms on my website. Every week when the report comes through it says exactly the same numbers: 5, 5 and 1.

This is even though I have received a different number of form submissions every week through those forms. Happy to send you a screen shot. Let me know the best place to send it.

I should also note that in Settings:

Automatically log in is set to Yes
Register Success Page is set to the Welcome Page

Thank you. So is it not possible to have it redirect and immediately display the page I want it to?

The branding and layout of the default registration success page is completely different to what my website looks like, so I would like to create a new branded page that displays the registration success message in a way that I can control (visually).

The default registration page also says that “New users can register below” in the text that is not editable from the Dialogs tab. However there isn’t a form for new users to register through (only an Existing Users Log In).

Hi Chad, thanks for this. I have a few questions:

1. What do these options do – “registration + logged in content” and “registration + redirect + content”?

2. Is there a way to remove the title text above the forms eg. “New User Registration”, “Existing Users Log In”?

3. I would like the registration process to go like this:
a) Visitor registers at https://fairinachengjewellery.com/membership-join/
b) Visitor is redirected to https://fairinachengjewellery.com/membership-login/

Step A is working. However upon registration I am directed to page B which is blocked as if it’s protected content. How do I ensure that page B isn’t protected (it seems to be fine if you just visit the URL).

Ah that makes sense. So I should then redirect them to a log in page, which then redirects them to the signed in page?

Thanks I’ll have a look at the premium option too. I’ve just started playing with the plugin but hopefully it works out!

Hi, I would like to do this as well – redirect to a page immediately after registration.

I have used both the register + redirect and register + redirect + content shortcodes on the form but the user is always prompted to enter their username and password again before being able to see the content.

I would like the following to happen:
1. User registers
2. User is immediately redirected to content page without having to login again.

How can I achieve this?

Hi @saintsystems. I haven’t received a response to the first email I sent. Can someone please get back to me? I also received this notification by email:

SS_WC_MailChimp_Handler::subscribe(): WooCommerce MailChimp subscription failed: Your merge fields were invalid. (ss-wc-mc-api-request-error)

Not quite sure how to fix this. I’ll remove the plugin until this can be resolved but I do hope to get a response from you as this has been going on for a while.

Does this impact Mailchimp sign ups through check out? I haven’t gotten any subscriptions but I’m not sure if it’s because no one has ticked the box or because the plugin isn’t working.

Hi, I’m having the same issue and I don’t see any errors listed on the plugin settings page other than this one:

“Unable to load lists from MailChimp: () . Please check your Settings settings.”

Where can I find the help link and reference number?

Hi Mike, that is definitely it. I have the Rocketloader option enabled on Cloudflare and when I turn it off, the issue goes away. I’ll speak to Cloudflare to resolve it. Thank you for your assistance.

Hi Mike, just gave it a go and visited https://www.fairinachengjewellery.com/shop/. However a price filter bar wasn’t displayed with 2015 activated. I can send you a screen shot of the page if that will help.

Thanks Mike, I have raised this with the theme developers and they don’t seem to think it’s a theme issue. However I’ll go back to them to check again!
