Thank you for your response. This is my first time working with www.remarpro.com and I am clearly not fully understanding how it works. None of those 7 options are applicable to my website besides the automatic emailer, but it does not recognize my account. I used the same login credentials I always have to no avail.
Am I incorrect in thinking the login credentials I should enter in for the auto emailer account recover option should be the same credentials used to login to my website previously?
