In reply to: [BackWPup – WordPress Backup & Restore Plugin] S3 service missingThe problem has been partially resolved. Although I stopped getting errors that the bucket does not exist, the backup is not transferred and I do get the following errors:
ERROR: Call to undefined method BackWPup_Job::is_backup_archive()
ERROR: S3 Service API: The specified upload does not exist. The upload ID may be invalid, or the upload may have been aborted or completed.
ERROR: Call to undefined method BackWPup_Job::is_backup_archive()
ERROR: Step aborted: too many attempts!
ERROR: Job has ended with errors in 347 seconds. You must resolve the errors for correct execution.I do see a message saying that the backup was transferred but when I click on the link provided (https://s3.amazonaws.com/Espavo/2018-07-11_02-26-09_7ZUE6V7501.tar.gz.) I get access denied errors.
Any ideas?

In reply to: [BackWPup – WordPress Backup & Restore Plugin] S3 service missingOK, using US Standard seems to be working, at least I don’t get an error that the bucket does not exist. But I do get errors. How can I send you the error report so you can help me resolve the errors?
Thank you,
Nick

In reply to: [BackWPup – WordPress Backup & Restore Plugin] S3 service missingHello again,
I replaced the file and now it shows an S3 service [TEST] US East (Ohio) which is not the one that we are using. Besides that, I get an error message “The difference between the request time and the current time is too large.” And I cannot proceed with the backup. I’m living in Greece and our server is in the U.S. Maybe this is the case but this message appeared after the file replacement. When I installed the plugin it showed the buckets in our S3 account. Any ideas?
