In reply to: [WP Go Maps (formerly WP Google Maps)] Marker IssueHi there @pinkalbeladiya
Thank you for your kind words!
I just visited your site with Safari on a Macbook and they seem to show up OK. Please see the screenshot – https://imgur.com/a/Tgr43er
Are you still experiencing this issue?

In reply to: [WP Go Maps (formerly WP Google Maps)] Not being able to add a markerHi Lyudmila
Can you please confirm the version numbers you are using at the moment?
Are you able to tell me what JavaScript errors might be displayed in your browser’s console as well, please? To do this, in Chrome or Firefox press CTRL + SHIFT + J in Windows or CMD + OPTION + J in Mac. Any red text there is an error. Please copy and paste that here for me.
@west-bay-web
Just a quick note to say I found your ticket and I have responded.
The error you experienced was a conflict our plugin had with ManageWP which has now been patched and a new version will go out this morning (8.1.3).Again, I’m sorry about the issues you experienced.
Hi @west-bay-web
I’m sorry you’ve become so upset that you had to leave a one star review.
Please note we experienced quite an unusual error with our 8.1.0 update where some files were missing in the update – hence the reason the site crashed. We actioned this within 45 minutes but unfortunately some sites were affected, such as yours. I deeply apologise for this. If possible, we’d still like to get it working at 100% for you if you would allow us?@seiteneffekt please can you provide me with al ink to your map?

In reply to: [WP Go Maps (formerly WP Google Maps)] Map Widget Now BuggedHi there @my247restore
I had a look at the site. You need to add some custom CSS for your theme to adapt to the map in the widget:#wpgmza_map_widget-3 { overflow: auto; }
You can add this custom CSS by going to Maps -> Settings -> Advanced Settings (tab) and enter the above into the “Custom CSS” text area.
Hi there
Sorry about that.
Please can you update to 8.1.2 (which has many bug fixes) and let me know if you are still experiencing issues?Forum: Plugins
