OK in that case I’ll work on an option that allows you to delete all existing tickets and have this button in the settings page.

All tickets need to be approved by you before going “live”. To do this, click on “edit” in the ticket list page, then select “Open” in the ticket status drop down – top right of the page.

Thanks for trying our plugin.

1) The plugin creates custom post types as tickets. Within the EDIT page of that post you can respond to tickets. This means that users can submit tickets on the front end of your site, and you can edit and respond to them in the back end under the “Support Tickets” page.

2) If the page cannot be found there could be an issue with your permalinks. Please go to Settings->Permalinks and press the Save button without changing anything. Does this help?

3) There isnt much to clean up. It uses the native WordPress functionality to create tickets in the form of posts. We do not create any other tables.

Further to our note earlier, I’d just like to inform that the free version allows you to actually do quite a bit, but most importantly it allows you to chat to visitors in an unrestricted manner – which is the heart of any live chat solution. Furthermore, you can have unlimited chats which are not restricted in any way.

With regards to your problem, if the chat kept closing, there must have been a conflict with another plugin or your theme. I’d appreciate you giving us a chance to correct this before leaving a one star review.

I can understand your frustration but www.remarpro.com doesnt host that site. Just because it uses the WordPress CMS, doesnt mean WordPress hosts it. WordPress is an open-source software that anyone can use.

Thank you for pointing this out to us. We will attempt to fix this bug in our next release which should be available in the next week or so.

Actually, I just released version 1.4.0 that should deal with this error directly. You shouldn’t need to change your permission level. Please download the latest version and try again.

Thanks for picking this up. This might be because you’re on a shared host that has very strict file permission settings. Try chmod the “includes” directory within the “copy-compass” directory to 775. This should fix the problem.
