As instructed:
– Generated & applied MaxMind License Key.
– Changed Default customer location to Geolocate.

At single product page (with no products in cart), after ‘Kuala Lumpur’ is selected and update location, the result is: no shipping method is available.

However, if the same product is added and proceed to the cart page, two shipping options appear for the same state ‘Kuala Lumpur’.

Sadly no, still experimenting with different combinations.

Hi I am doing it with htaccess now, by adding:
