Hi Matias, I sent a direct message through your Facebook page…
Regards.
I’ve posted a message to your Facebook page… just wondering why that’s different from posting here?
Regards.

Hi,
There are only two themes in the settings, one is the default and the other is called “Custom Theme 1”. No matter which one I select, it doesn’t solve the problem, I’m afraid.

Ok, thanks.
Hi Waseem,
Thanks for your reply but we’re on version 3.3.1 of the Pro plugin…
Regards,
NickHi,
Can you confirm that the Pro version allows you to add gift vouchers as actual WooCommerce products (not that it just allows the gift vouchers to be redeemed in WooCommerce)?
This would be important to us as we would want customers to be able to buy other products from our website at the same time as purchasing one or more gift vouchers.
Thank you for your time.Hi,
Thanks for the reply again!
The feed you uploaded was the second feed which we created excluding the “out of stock” items. We think there may have been missing data (product image links etc.) in the out of stock items. Google did, indeed, report that there were no issues with any items in that feed.
However, we uploaded it to Google and all the items are now marked “Product Data Disapproved” but we think that’s because we used a different feed name to the original which Google doesn’t seem to like!
We’ve tried it again with the same feed name as the original and hopefully that will sort it.
Thanks for your time.

Nick BurtonHi,
Thanks for the reply. We’ve followed the procedures/processes suggested by the link but still have the problem.
An example of the top and bottom of our feed is shown below – it all looks okay to us but I appreciate you are the experts! Is there anything you can see that may be causing an issue?

In reply to: [Adminimize] How do I show/hide the ITRO Popup plugin menu optionHi Frank,
For information, and if it will be useful to anyone else, I’ve given the Editors access to the Settings menu by adding the following code to my WordPress theme’s functions.php file (using a child theme of course!):
function add_theme_caps() {
$role = get_role( ‘editor’ );
$role->add_cap( ‘manage_options’ );
}
add_action( ‘admin_init’, ‘add_theme_caps’);Then I used the Adminimize settings to prevent access to the various options in the Settings menu that I didn’t want the Editors to see.
Thanks for your help.

In reply to: [Adminimize] How do I show/hide the ITRO Popup plugin menu optionHi Frank,
Thanks for that – I think my problem is because the ITRO Popup plugin doesn’t have its own ‘main’ menu option but rather it appears as a sub-menu option on the “Settings” menu. Editors don’t have access to the “settings” menu by default so I guess than, unless there’s a way to give Editors access to the “Settings” menu, I won’t be able to give them access to the plugin either.
Regards,
Nick
