Just to let you know the Ninja crew brought out an update to the forms plugin and this update resolved the errors I was seeing with large forms

Thanks for the quick response. Much appreciated. I updated to the new plugin version and followed your link to ahortcode examples. I’m still unable to get slider and ticker to display although the ticker does output some information but not in the intended fashion.

Here’s the page that has the ticker and slider:
