Not sure if this is related, but just in case – I received 2 e-mails this morning saying that I have a new user registration on my site, with their names & e-mail addresses.

I don’t know these people and am not sure what this registration is, I don’t think I’ve any kind of registration set up on my site.

Re my original post, I’ve re-saved my settings and my personalised parallax slider is now appearing, but only underneath the default one. I need to delete this but have no idea how to do so or why this has happened suddenly.

If anyone can shed any light on any of this, I’d really appreciate it.

Really? Does Premium not mean it’s a paid one? It’s a free theme I’m using.
The link you gave me takes me to the place I’ve been going for support on all other questions, but he says he can’t answer this question as it’s not covered in the forum.

I don’t know where else to go for help. Are you able to advise where else I can ask this question?

Thanks very much for your reply, but I’m afraid I know very little about all this at the moment – I’m learning, slowly.

How do I find this page – it’s not in the list of pages I created. There’s another change I’d like to make which means creating a child theme – that’s next on my list to figure out.

Once I’ve done that, can you give me any more tips on the next step to edit the search page. The easiest thing would just be to delete the sidebar, as that’s the thing I’m having problems with.

I’m having the same problem with a shortcode google map that I’ve included on my contact page. The map is also too bit, but even though I’ve changed the size, it’s not appearing any smaller. This is probably something to do with the shortcode rather than the theme – but just in case.

Thanks very much, I’m new to wordpress (this is only the 2nd site I’ve designed) and I’d never heard of child themes before, but having just looked it up that sounds great – and relatively easy to do. I’ll give it a go, could you give any more advice on what exactly I would need to type to allow me to do this?
