Thank you very much for taking your time to go through my issue.

i’ve tried what you suggested but it didn’t work.

i then disabled all my plugins and left the download monitor only, after few hours the site went offline. I restarted my server and deactivate the download monitor plugin and reactivate all my plugins then the site works flawlessly.

As of the php error log i sent earlier. I fixed it by disabling open_basedir restriction in my panel configuration settings then the error is not showing anymore.
now there’s no any php error in the log but the site still goes offline after I reactivate the plugin. Sometimes it takes like 4hrs before it goes offline.

I can’t really figure out what’s the problem. I deleted the plugin and reinstall it again but nothing has changed.

Here is the php error log. I realized that files can’t be downloaded anymore. After rolling it gives out an error “an error occured while trying to download th file. Please try again”
