Hi,

Im currently creating a page with beaver builder and facing a weird problem. When I edit the page in the responsive mode, using the resolution 360px for small devices, it looks like the builder doesnt save my aligns (even tough they are saved in the builder but when I publish they don’t go to the page), whats weird because in large and medium devices resolution it does. In the preview mode it shows me not aligned but when I edit it it shows me aligned. It makes no sense. I also was recommended to increase the max_input_vars and I did it but apparently it did not help.

I tried already many ways of doing that work and maybe you guys have a resolution for me. Sending some pics if you didn’t get what I meant.

Hi Alisson,

Sorry you are having trouble. Have you tried testing for a plugin conflict like the one screenshot mentions?

I would also suggest testing for a theme conflict if the plugin conflict check doesn’t turn up a cause.

Hi Jamie,

I tried both options and unfortunatelly none of them helped. I also reinstalled beaver and the same bug keeps going on. It’s very weird cause specifically in small devices is isn’t being saved. Do you have any other suggestion on what could I do? It’s a bit frustrating considering beaver it’s paid and I can’t do a responsive page with it.

Oh you are using a paid version of Beaver Builder? In that case, please submit your ticket here:

You can provide a link to this thread in your ticket so you don’t have to repeat the problem. The only thing I would suggest you add into your ticket when submitting is if the problem occurs on all pages or just one or some pages. That will help us figure out what is going wrong.

We don’t have any other reports that I can find of a similar problem so it really looks like some sort of specific problem on your site.
