Hi BPGFM and Chavdar,

I was having the same issue I have the paid unlimited version. My hosting is Hostinger. So simple trial and error solved my issue. I deactivated all other default plugins except all in one wp migration and all in one wp migration extension.

Then uploaded the backup file to website folder wp-content/a1wm-backups

Then go to wordpress dashboard to all in one wp migration and backups

Then select your backup and restore.

so restoring instead of importing solved the issue like magic.

Hi Thanks For your response. I don’t have any berocket plugin on this site. After I installed WooCommerce Product Disclaimer I saw the email. But after I complain to you now there is no email sent. I did no change. very strange.

Same Issue I am facing. The logo of the home page is not changing. I change the logo at site identity but only homepage still have the Phlox logo.

I guess they have coded it so no one can benefit from the free templates.

Thats not good.
