My client cannot insert an image, but I can on my machine.
I have walked her through it step by step and she appears to be doing the same as I am , but she gets a grey box instead of an image.
We both use firefox and I had her try it in IE, ( though I don’t know why that would make a difference.) Anyone have any ideas on this?

I have tried everything on these forums and I cannot get gallery to show up.
I am so frustrated.

I deactivated all my plugins, I have reuploaded and saved numerous times and I still have no gallery, I inserted the code [gallery] and still no gallery. Help

I have a client who is using the blog as her website.
I need to have all the widgets only show up on a page I named “blog”
where she is going to be doing her posting from.
What code would I enter to make that happen. I have tried everything listed in here and I keep getting a syntax error.

Matt, thanks for the heads up on Ozh drop down, I have been going crazy trying to even find my plugin panel, ( which I can not seem to get to)
so I will uninstall the plugin from my cpanel.
I am not feeling the love for this 2.7 right now. I have many older clients who I train to blog and this is confusing and I am not looking forward to redoing all my training videos either.

Where are my plugins so I can manage them? I really dislike this new menu layout. I am so sick of relearning things. I am trying to manage some of my plugins and I can’t even find the area to view them.

Where is my plug in area now? Is there a post somewhere that shows us how to use this new interface. I did not realize I would have to relearn where everything is located now. Not feeling happy about this right now.

Actually I was wrong on that. If you move to a self hosted blog, you cannot keep your tags/links in wordpress.com
They are their own community and do not allow it.
You lose all of that when you leave, even though we paid to have the domain and links forwarded. I emailed wordpress.com and they sent the answer.

Lol, we found a way to continue her getting the mentions on wordpress.com. I agree with you, but she loves being number one in her catagory in there and gets about 50 visitors a day that way.
She is happy and seeing a good size increase in traffic since I moved her to her own hosting and domain name and did a few SEO tweaks for her.

After agonizing over the display in the much hated IE, I made my sidebar slightly bigger in the theme setting and it fixed it.

I have upgraded and added this plugin to another blog I have called
and when I go to add an amazon product, it takes me back to my own blog posts. Any idea what I am doing wrong?

It would of been great if you left a link to that elegant solution.
Now I have to search for it too.

I am so frustrated. All my client asked for was a visitor counter.
I can not find one decent one that is not 3rd party for self hosted word press. I am so pissed off. What the hell. How hard can that be?
Anyone know of a good one or some secret way to find it and install it that I can’t seem to find???
