I found out the culprit.
It turns out that you need to make new “MX” entries in the hosting site.
Searching Google (“553 sorry, that domain isn’t in my list of allowed rcpthosts”), the links all seem to refer to similar solutions as this: https://sitetechsupport.com/component/qbblog/entry/general-email-related-articles/64-solution-to-a-common-email-error-553-sorry-that-domain-isnt-in-my-list.html
That cannot be it. I’m able to send emails to other accounts just fine. If it was the outgoing email server issue, I shouldn’t be able to send emails to other accounts.

Select “Journal” from the menu, and you’ll see the error.
It’s a link that I fill in the “Custom Link” box, so there is no “link” that I need to enter.
In any event, the URL does contain the “https://” in front, and it still doesn’t work. It takes the user straight back to the website.
