I have the same issue on multiple websites especially in combination with woocommerce. I love this theme, hope that they will fix it.

Actually no, store was not showing products that were imported and they were variable products on the website where they were imported from.

I have fixed this issue by making a simple product variable again, saving, and then making it simple again, entering price and SKU and saving. That was the only way.
