thanks for the quick answer. It actually was the option

“Enable tax rates and calculations” under
WooCommerce > Settings > General

since the shop is only meant to sell to businesses anyway.

Thank you for naming that option though, it will be helpful if we decide to sell to customers as well!

I read the documentation forever and didn’t find this, you really helped me out here. I basically just copied your CSV content to try it out, everything works perfectly.

Don’t be sorry.

Setting up an administrator account to your WordPress-Backend will give a person of your trust complete access to the backend of your website.

Mails (or any kind of data) saved on your server, should not be visible there (except if in your setup that is the case!).

Go to your Backend: Users > Add New and create the account. Set the role to administrator and the person should recieve a confirmation mail. You can either give them their password or he/she can reset it as soon as the account is created.
