    Hello,

I’ve found the best solution so if someone wonders how to have dashboard + frontend builder and theme in English, but site to be indexed in XYZ language there are 3 ways to do it.
Most elegant and I belive the best way to do it is by using hreflang in XML sitemaps.

2nd way to solve this is with HTML tag in header.
3rd way is via HTTP headers.

Here is an article that helped me.

An option to autogenerate hreflang would be nice to have included in WP dashboard.
    Thank you

    Hi George,

    Thank you for asking.

By Front end I mean indeed the visible part of the site, but the part that is editable -as I am in admin mode.

    a) Website itself (the content), as for the visitors is in XYZ. And that is ok.

    b) Everything that I build using site builder (Elementor) is in language XYZ.
    c) Dashboard is in English.

My wish is both b)+c) to have in English, and a) should be indexed as XYZ.

As I understand Search Engines, crawlers will look for language in order to index my website to XYZ market. That is the reason why I thought I should change the website language – to make it appear in the XYZ market.

But the problem is that the designing tools language changed to XYZ language.

Only solution I can think of is that I keep my site in English, then manually change hreflang=XYZ – each time I create new blog post.

Did I mix something up in the idea of how this should work?

    Once again my current properties are set as;
    1. SETTINGS> GENERAL> SITE LANGUAGE = xyz ( This changes the complete WordPress to xyz)
    2. USERS> PROFILE> LANGUAGE =English (This changed only the WP dashboard back to English, yet visual part of the site i.g. site builder stayed in xyz)

    Thanks a ton!
