I am having the same issue. I uninstalled the Get Country add on. It did not resolve it. I then uninstalled and reinstalled SlimStat (without Get Country). I still have the same problem. For example, I am in the US and am showing a flag for Italy marking my IP.

Thank you for the reply. I do clearly understand that there is continuing maintenance for the plugin, that is the nature of online mechanics: constant upkeep. And your team does a very good job of it. Nonetheless, the viability of your plugin is compromised for a number of us. If Ecwid’s financial goals are to include hosting of files to make money through increased subscription fees, that’s certainly reasonable, but still doesn’t work for someone like me.

To answer your question, my current total file load is 50 GIGABYTES and growing. The nature of what I sell doesn’t allow for compression of any kind and each audio is around 700 MB. The videos are 1-2 GB. Consequently, I use the Cloud for my storage, as does anyone who deals with the amount of data I do, because other hosting plans are not cost effective.

I highly doubt that any Ecwid subscription is going to approach the value of my Rackspace plan as I pay less there now than any of your current prices. If I’m wrong, though, please let me know. That’s why concealed links to a third party server was my request. And for that, I will happily pay Ecwid’s subscription.

It’s the same URL as above, that’s how I found this post when I Googled it. Here’s a screenshot of the error message in my stats:

I have the same link showing in my traffic as of yesterday as well, but it brings up a 404 error. What would cause this and how can I fix it?
