Ok I think I found the css. but now I need to get rid of the box around the images that are on my products pages. ex.

Can you tell me where I find my css file?
I am referring to the images on the front page https://www.fitnessandkids.com

should I be installing plugins if that is what is causing my issue in the first place?

Is there something that needs to be anabled in wordpress first? The only way I tested this was went to my cart and tried to check out. I have a feeling something is just not set up correctly in my wordpress.

yes but the person working on my site when he logs in to my site he sees the upgrade button that says upgrade and they are asking him for money to upgrade from what he is saying.

no I am not, he is saying only on his end when he logs in he is seeing it.
