In reply to: [Responsive] 3.2.6 seems broken on my sites@samdamico I suggest in your case to use the next patch release of the theme from the author to fix your site. It shouldn’t take too long.

In reply to: [Responsive] 3.2.6 seems broken on my sites@samdamico Did you get the email from WordPress that looks something like this?
Howdy! Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when something causes a fatal error on your site. (blah blah) If your site appears broken and you can’t access the dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special “recovery mode”. This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigate further.
… followed by a specific link to your site letting you into the admin area.

In reply to: [Responsive] Theme update broke my websiteI’m experiencing this same issue. I’m monitoring closely for a patch fix release so the site can function normally.
UPDATE:
I just applied the fix posed by hutman, now my site is working again.THANK YOU hutman!! ^5

I’m still getting this error with 3.16.4, on line 129:
Notice: Undefined variable: responsive_options in /home/newmdbrands/public_html/wp-content/themes/responsive/header.php on line 129
This was in the last version too.
- A proposed code patch to resolve this was already submitted.
- Something is preventing the data structure that appears to be fully initialized from reaching the line we both experience an error with.
- I hope to see the very next release of this theme include the patch I submitted so no one else experiences this error.

In reply to: [MapPress Maps for WordPress] Current WordPress Version SupportUPDATE:
The release of version 2.52.1 appeared ‘Tested up to 5.1’.
The release of version 2.52.2 no longer presents a ‘Tested up to’ attribute and the ‘hasn’t been tested’ banner has returned.Forum: Hacks
In reply to: Enable Manual Refill of Captcha image on form (Contact-Form-7)Thanks for the insight, and I originally did post to that forum, but then noticed the introduction of the “Hacks” sub-forum, which deals with code mods (for plugins) so I re-posted to that (which is here)
So I’ll just let each of these lay until they’re recognized, then hopefully this will make it into an upcoming release.Forum: Hacks
In reply to: Enable Manual Refill of Captcha image on form (Contact-Form-7)Ideally, review from the module author.
Directions on contact form 7 website indicate communications involving modules go to the forum. (Thusly)
Also, ideally, following review of the modification, the author elects to release it in an upcoming update of the module.
I prefer not to just post-a-hack when there is the likely prospect of it being included in an official update.
Perhaps the author can PM me so I can relate the modification details directly?
