Sorry for the delayed response. In your video link above, I do not see any scroll animations. If you go to the site that is working, https://ach.nkv5.com/ and scroll down the page you see the phone graphics and corresponding text animate in on scroll. On https://a.nkv5.com/ if you scroll down, the phones & text are already on place. Only dif between the two sites is we did not update the plugin on the site with the problem.

After the 3.8.2 update the “Add New Category” button no longer dynamically refreshes the page. On page reload the new category does show up. On a copy of the site we set it to the default theme and this fixes the problem. We are using a customized “Underscores” theme, any ideas on where to fix this would be very helpful.
