This problem has cropped up again and this time it’s not because of a conflict with a plugin.. It’s because the guys who made this plugin have discontinued it. Nice of them to drop a plugin that is being used by so many without so much of a peep.

Anyways if you are using this plugin still be warned it just broke my entire theme and only when the plugin was deleted did the theme return to normal.

There is a lot of free services they offer, I’m not paying for anything

Hey Junkfood.. I did figure it out yea. I had to restructure my approach to this a little bit. First thing I did was realize eShop or any of the other plugins I was trying where the store was being hosted on my wordpress site just wasn’t going to cut it.. NO local store has this functionality. What I ended up doing was using ecwid and creating a free store through them and then pulling it into all of my sites.. It worked flawlessly and easily right off the bat. Haven’t looked back since

I’m barking up the same tree here and this Gallery plugin isn’t doing it. What I, and I assume the OP, is after here is a plugin that let’s us take images already uploaded to our wordpress install and use those to create galleries. So if I have 1.jpg 2.jpg and 3.jpg in my media library I can make a gallery of 1.jpg and another gallery with 1.jpg and 2.jpg and another gallery with all of the images. All using the images already uploaded through my wordpress backend to add ot the galleries..

Instead what we get is plugins that force us to upload images again and don’t let us access the wordpress media library at all. At most we can import objects into the gallery by specifying their directory but why on earth are we being forced down this convoluted path when the plugin should just bring up our media library with all of our images already uploaded and say ‘which ones do yuo want in which gallery?’ . This is such a simple and such a common sense move that I have to assume I am missing something and that this is possible. Can some one please point me in the right direction? thanks

well you just saved me a bucketload of troubleshooting as I just realized I had made the same mistake over here.. Although not sure how much of a mistake it is, if you change the title of this page from sample-page or soemthing else, or any page to something else wordpress should ask you also want to change the permalink for that page as well.

Yup, I’m seeing the same thing.. My error log file is absolutely overflowing with these errors.. What’s the story?

It’s a conflict with the All-in-one-event calendar that is causing this. Only the latest version(1.63) of All-in-one mind you, I rolled back to the previous version I had installed (1.4) and the problem is solved

Yup I can definitely confirm this bug.. because of this none of the events being imported have any maps either which reduces the usefulness of this plugin and being able to import calendars even more.

Pretty good plugin overall but this is the one main thing that is standing in the way of it being great

I’ve gone through eShop, wp-ecommerce, ecwid and last marketpress. The first 3 I wasn’t expected much with but the last one I got my hopes up as it was designed with wpmu in mind.. However like ALL plugins that you pay for from wpmudev it requires the user to hack it to pieces just to get it to do what it is sold as supposed to be able to do from the beginning so in the end i threw that one in the trash just like all of the rest.. I’d be pretty stoked to hear of any ecommerce solutoins that allow for a global product list

Same bloody problem here.. I’ve dropped the table manually, cleaned it out of mysql, recreated it, granted privileges again, ran a fresh install using that DB name and I get this god damn error every time. I could easily just make a new DB but that isn’t the point, why the hell are these errors popping up in the first place when the database is completely empty upon hitting the install button?
