Could you let me know if you are using LITE version or PRO version of our plugin.
Only PRO version can export PDF file.
Then if you are using the LITE version, I recommend to upgrade to PRO version for more designing features.

We’ve resolved your issue in latest update, please delete the plugin and install it again, or open the file /www/wwwroot/in.sirenxiu.cn/wp-content/plugins/web-to-print-online-designer/includes/class-updates.php and change the line 143 to
if (!is_wp_error($remote) && !empty($remote['body'])) {
