I came across the same issue, and notified them that they have 3 days to either cure their breach of contract, or I will contact PayPal for a fraudulent transaction.

So I realized that this was caused by my CDN having an old IP address in their system for me. I didn’t think to check my CDN for some reason. This was all my fault. lol. Thanks for your assistance! I greatly appreciate it.
