Also…I put in a a support request on this about 6hrs ago… Request #33262.
Doing this in sandbox mode now and the error changed….

htaccess file says ‘deny from all’ and the html is empty.
Ok…I just ran it again with logging enabled and there isn’t a log file at /wp-content/uploads/wc-logs/paypal_express-{tag}.log.
The wc-logs folder has only an htacess file and an index file.html file.
I’m also interested in this information.

Yep….I disabled the force HTTP plugin and it worked. I moved from live to local to do updates…I surely hope that when I go back to the live site all is well.
