Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Any way to redirect to previous page after loginWas wondering if this would be an option for my site…
We’ve got lots of private content which users can only access after they log in. How it currently works:
1. Members get sent a URL via email to a private document/page located on the site.
2. They click the URL and if they’re not logged in, they get the 404 page.
3. On the 404 page, they’re able to click through to the login page.
4. After logging in, they get redirected to the home page.Is it possible to redirect to the URL they were originally trying to access before getting the 404 page (and then logging in)? Hope that makes sense… any help and/or advice is greatly appreciated. ??
Thanks for this thread. And thanks for the code change, JBrinx. Made those changes now and am super-happy with the stats now, as my site is mainly for registered users.
One little issue I was wondering if anyone had a solution for…
Does anyone know how to exclude administrator page views from the stats? We’ve got 2 site admins and I notice that when I’m adding new content, it includes any of my page views. Since I’m using WordPress as a CMS, I’d prefer it not show my own page views to give a more accurate representation of the site traffic. Thanks in advance for any help offered.

In reply to: Praise for the PageMash pluginHave a quick question wondering if someone could answer for me re: this plugin…
I’m using WordPress as a CMS. As such, I need to have subpages of pages but not have them appear in the main menu (certain subpages will be visible whilst others will not be — having them all visible would be a NIGHTMARE!).
Using this plugin to “hide” the subpages, can you still link to them in a post or page and have the reader get access to that subpage by clicking the link? Or does it make the page private?
Thanks in advance for your help!

In reply to: [Plugin: Register Plus] Custom Logo Help! Thanks a ton for the reply Skullbit. Found a little workaround so I don’t have to utilise WP uploads. Looking forward to your update; marking it as resolved.

In reply to: Accessible Theme or know of a plug-in?Google is your friend.
No. It’s more like my brain. ; )
Thanks for your posts! I’d run across the Sea Beast theme in my scouring yesterday but not the Rapid Access theme or the change font size plugin (works beautifully, by the way).
Cheers!
